relaxation and body awareness classes
These classes are a wonderful way to take some time out to really relax and restore your body, mind and soul!
With the use of music, body awareness and breathing techniques you will practice easy and effective ways to bring balance, centeredness, connection and safety into your life. You will also practice using simple and enjoyable visualisation techniques as well as positive affirmations to help reinforce your sense of wellbeing.
The focus is on ease and enjoyment and no previous experience or knowledge is needed. All of the techniques are easy to learn and to practice at home.
Yoga mats are usually provided but it is recommended to bring along a pillow and a blanket for comfort.
