These classes are a wonderful way to take some time out to really tune in, relax and restore your body, mind and soul!
With the use of body awareness and breathing techniques you will practice easy and effective ways to bring balance, centeredness, connection and safety into your life. You will learn simple ways to tune into your energy field and practice simple and enjoyable visualisation techniques and positive affirmations to help reinforce your sense of wellbeing and vitality.
The focus is on ease and enjoyment and no previous experience or knowledge is needed. All of the techniques are easy to learn and to practice at home.
Yoga mats are usually provided but it is recommended to bring along a pillow and a blanket for comfort.
